Nope! Unlike other public gyms, we don't demand a gym membership to train with our personal trainers. In the end, you save money while having more experienced trainers get you results!
A perk of being a personal training client is you can access the gym on other days for free during normal hours of operation.
We have a private facility, meaning the front door is locked and controlled by door fobs. Most of our clients do private personal training, but we also accommodate public group training sessions as well.

Monday - Friday : 5am - 8pm
Saturday: 8am - 2pm
All of our trainers specialize in corrective and functional training. We have found that this is the best practice to help the longevity and performance of our clients.
We also specialize in body composition (weight loss, muscle being), strength and conditioning, along with sports-specific training.
We have clean washrooms with showers, and complimentary lockers. We also have fresh water cooler and a free towel service for our personal training clients.
We do supply nutrition services. We start off with building habits and skills to maintain your nutrition and fitness success. Once you have completed the introductory steps, we can provide a more advanced meal plan.

We are open to training any sport. With our vast knowledge and experience of biomechanics, we can focus on injury prevention, and/or strength and conditioning for in-season and off-season.
