Yes we do. But our memberships are slightly different than other gyms. Seeing as we are a private facility, only our personal training clients have access to our facility with a gym membership.
We have a private facility, meaning the front door is locked and controlled by door fobs. Most of our clients do private personal training, but we also accommodate public group training sessions as well.
Monday - Friday : 5am - 8pm
Saturday: 8am - 2pm
We have clean washrooms with showers with complimentary lockers. We also have a fresh water cooler, and a free towel service for our personal training clients.
We do supply nutrition services. We start off with building habits and skills to maintain your nutrition and fitness success. Once you have completed the introductory steps, we can provide a more advanced meal plan.

All of our trainers specialize in corrective and functional training. We have found that this is the best practice to help the longevity and performance of our clients.
We also specialize in body composition (weight loss, muscle being), strength and conditioning, along with sports-specific training.
We have vast knowledge of all sports. Our expertise in biomechanics helps us focus on injury prevention, and/or strength and conditioning for in-season and off-season.
